Jepely access keys are structured into tier-based models including Trial, Monthly, and Annual payment frameworks. Subscription configurations require prompt payments handled via secure licensed payment clearing systems. Jepely under no circumstances captures or holds raw credit card numbers. Subscriptions expire automatically or renew according to the plan terms chosen by the user.

Jepely establishes integrations with third-party networks through standard Graph API pipelines, utilizing Facebook Login, Page Access Permissions, Messenger Developer Frameworks, and the WhatsApp Business API.
Jepely has no corporate affiliation with Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Meta integration channels inside our dashboard requires complete adherence to Meta’s Developer Policies, Platform Terms, and WhatsApp Commercial Policies.
Jepely integrates with Google APIs (including Google Sheets API and Google Drive API) to provide spreadsheet automation, dataset extraction, matrix transformations, export features, and dynamic dashboard creation.
By authenticating via Google OAuth, you grant Jepely permission to access specified spreadsheets and files strictly necessary for performing user-requested operations. Jepely's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Jepely claims zero proprietary ownership over the message text, conversational logs, spreadsheet matrices, layout files, or knowledge bases fed into our models by our users. All source code libraries, visual node editors, underlying database architectures, logo styles, and system engines belong strictly to Jepely.
Critical Service Provision: Jepely relies completely on the steady performance of cloud data infrastructures and third-party APIs. Jepely cannot guarantee uninterrupted service operations. We hold absolute zero liability for business losses, disconnected instances, paused workflows, or operational restrictions caused by API schema deprecations, runtime changes, token expirations, or system suspensions introduced by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Telegram, or other third-party API providers.
We reserve the full legal right to immediately suspend or permanently close access keys and accounts without notice if a user is found to be causing system stability issues, violating third-party network rules, or breaching the acceptable use terms of this platform.
These Terms and your use of the SaaS platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
